愛略特．沙羅德 是英國福音派聖公會詩人、讚美詩作家和編輯。

她最著名的兩首讚美詩是 "Just As I Am" and "Thy will be done".

夏洛特·艾略特 此詩歌於1835 年寫成，她是一位患有憂鬱症的病人，在牧師塞薩爾·馬蘭 (César Malan) 建議她「無論你現在是什麼樣子，都要來到基督面前」。
