並被認為是二十世紀最具影響力的牧師、作家、福音歌曲傳道者、詩人、音樂出版商和多產的讚美詩作家，據估計創作了超過4000首讚美詩，其中最著名的是《耶穌奇妙的恩典》（Wonderful Grace of Jesus ）
1931年，利勒納斯製作了《榮耀福音歌曲集》（Glorious Gospel Songs ），這是拿撒勒教會的第一本讚美詩集 。1982年，李理那斯入選福音音樂名人堂。
